Victory Solutions is proud to be a member of the Boeing team that recently was awarded a 7-year, $3.48 billion development and sustainment contract (DSC) from the U.S. Missile Defense Agency for future work on the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) element of the United States’ ballistic missile defense system.  The Boeing-led team currently operates and sustains the deployed GMD weapon system while developing and testing new technologies to increase reliability and meet evolving customer needs.  VSI personnel currently supports the team in four states.

Victory Solutions is officially certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Small Business by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Center for Veterans Enterprise.  We will now meet more stringent requirements for SDVO-reserved contracts.  Our certification can be found in the VetBiz database.

Victory Solutions received a subcontract with The Boeing Company to perform trade studies for development of the Next Generation Aegis Missile System, SM-3/IIB.

Victory Solutions has been awarded a subcontract on the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense system, working with The Boeing Company to support the U.S. Missile Defense Agency.

Victory Solutions received authorization to proceed on the Phase II Prime research and development contract with the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC).  The research, development, test, and evaluation program will focus on a small rocket countermeasure system to protect troop vehicles.
