Company

Many Backgrounds,
One Purpose

A variety of skill sets fueled by a singular passion: best accomplishing the mission of our customers.

Our Story

Kris McGuire, Chief Executive Officer, founded Victory Solutions in 2006 as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned small business with the intention of providing a range of proprietary aerospace products and engineering technical services to government customers, such as the Department of Defense and NASA, as well as civil customers.

As one of the first women assigned to the Air Force Special Weapons Center’s maintenance squadron at Kirtland Air Force Base during the Vietnam War, Kris experienced first-hand the importance of supplying the warfighter with the appropriate tools to accomplish critical missions in a timely fashion.

It was with this experience in mind, coupled with a proven ability to identify, organize, fund, and successfully start projects, that she initiated a research and development effort to design a portable system to defend the Warfighter against small rocket threats in 2007.

After proof-of-concept testing, she further developed a field-operable prototype of the system, taking advantage of Huntsville, Alabama’s engineering and manufacturing expertise. Kris leveraged this new knowledge base to further expand Victory Solutions’ technical footprint into NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, the Missile Defense Agency, DoD High-Performance Computing Modernization Program, and digital engineering applications.

Today, Victory Solutions is a leading provider of engineering and technical solutions for missiles and space as well as the warfighter. Led by Kris McGuire and her passion for making a positive difference with everything we do, the company continues to grow, continuously empowered by a leadership team laser-focused on accomplishing our missions whenever and wherever possible.

STEM Program Support

Victory Solutions played a significant role in founding the non-profit Institute for Digital Enterprise Advancement (IDEA) to meet the rapidly-increasing need for a workforce trained in digital engineering-related disciplines. IDEA works with the federal government,  universities, and community colleges to establish this course of study across the US. Through establishment of the Systems Engineering Technology (SET) curriculum students gain the computer programming and database skills needed to build and maintain computer models to coordinate large-scale, complex engineering projects.

We continuously provide IDEA with knowledge of industry needs, curriculum development, and instructors to help them meet their workforce development mission for venues which includes secondary education, 2–year degrees, 4-year degrees, masters programs, and continuing engineering training.
